Hello Ladies,
We had 28 ladies playing “make your own four-some” today.  There were a couple sprinkles but no reason to stop our play.  The team game was “Odd and Even” so the best net ball was recorded on odd holes, and two net best balls were recorded on even holes.  There were two flights of four teams each, with average course handicaps for the team from 15 to 26 for Flight 1, and from 27 to 35 for Flight 2.  There were two teams in each flight with only three players.  The three-person teams had the option of playing a fourth ball by rotating throughout the holes or simply playing the game with only three players.
Congratulations to all the ladies that played.  
The first place team in both flights earned $30 for the team or $7.50 for each lady.  The second place team in both flights earned $19 for the team or $4.75 each player. The winners are:

It was a special day with a floral and balloons for Lisa Ferrante who is celebrating her 60th on Saturday.  Lisa looked adorable with her 60th crown.  Thank you to Jenny Dillon for the yummy celebratory cupcakes.  Happy Birthday, Lisa!

We welcomed Pamela Proctor for her first day playing with us.  We hope she continues to be a winner on our Thursday play days.

The Club is closed next week for aerification so there will be no Thursday play day.  The next play day on Thursday, April 11, will be hosted by Frances Shipilov and Sandy Smith, and the game is NOSE (ABCD groupings).  There are only 7 ladies signed up (Billingham, Bunnell, Grace, Ladd, Martin, S Smith, and Veatch). Sign up now!

Hi all, we had a BEAUTIFUL DAY for golf, so 12 of us forged through the sunshine to play ‘39’, a stableford game. Results are as follows:

Just to add another reminder, please, regardless of game, make sure that scorecards are completed for your foursome and matched, so that each scorecard includes the same information. One scorecard is for the proshop and one is for Sally for Eclectic. Too much time is spent reviewing to make sure both parties are receiving the same information. Thanks in advance for your help with this.

Thanks to the 18 ladies that agreed to forge through the Wind Gusts of 30-40 mph. Actually once it warmed up, the wind just became an afterthought. Had an enjoyable day with my foursome and I think everyone else felt the same. 

Oh by the way, make sure if you weren’t there to wish Jenny Dillon Happy 60^th Birthday……..yes it even happens to the young’uns!!

Game was 2 person scramble, some of our group want to play this way all the time…….what……you don’t like your own ball???

Game is 39 (a Stableford game). Everyone starts at 39 less their handicap. Then play Stableford to gather points. At the end of play, score is calculated by taking  39 -handicap – points earned during play. Lowest number wins!! ABCD groupings.
