Hello Ladies,
Thanks to the 24 ladies who played in this hot weather today.  The individual game was “Double If” so you were allowed to subtract your worst two holes and then deduct your full handicap.  Foursome groupings were by handicap.  We also played Putts which made the pace of play a little longer … sorry.

Game next Week – September 12 is Blind Nine, where you play your own game and total your score.  But you do not complete the Net Score until you get back in for lunch.  You will then find out which 9 holes (Front or Back) are being counted for the day.  Take that score less half your handicap, and that is your game score.  Running the game next week are Bonnie Ladd and Kay Bargmann.  The foursome groupings are ABCD.  There are only six ladies signed up so please log in to Club Essentials and register.

The game was selected score, you needed to pick 2 par 5 net scores, 4 par 4 net scores and 3 par 3 net scores. Your total of those 9 holes net was your game score. We had 12 ladies play yesterday…..thanks for coming out.

Congrats to Cindy Aafedt on her score of 75 yesterday, made Donna and I hunting for pars a moot point….

Today we played Hot August Holes, but I should have renamed it Windy, Windy August Holes.  It was cool and very, very windy. Twenty ladies played in 3 flights.

There were only 3 birdies. Stacey Moro had one on #10, and Donna Ybarra had one on #1 and another on #16.  

Winners were:

First Flight, 1^st place-Stacey Moro $14; 2^nd place was a 3 way tie-Terry Billingham, Donna Ybarra and Fran Grace.  Each will receive $4.50.

Second Flight, 1^st place tie-Joanne Leete and Jeanne Zwemer will receive $10.50 each.

Third Flight, 1^st place-Deborah Veatch $14; 2^nd place-Doris Bunnell $7.00.

There were no chip-ins so $18 will carry over to next week.
