Everyone:
This “Most useful Rule 19” may also be used in a bunker.  However in a bunker you have 4 options, not just three.

It is totally your choice to use Rule 19 if you end up in a bunker. It might be worth a one stoke penalty to make you next shot easier.

We had a gorgeous day today and a fun format to play. Thanks to the 24 ladies that came out.  We had 6 foursomes playing, therefore winners were the top 2 teams out of 6.

The week of 5/14 is scheduled for the Men’s Member Guest, so next event will be the Club and Net Championship on 5/19 and 5/21.

Good afternoon, Tee Birds,
We had 26 players who toughed it out on this very windy April day.  We played Maid’s Quarters today.  Only the par 4 holes counted.  The score was the total of the net par 4 holes. There were four flights.  First place winners will receive $15.50 credit.  Second place winners won $7.25.  

1^st Flight (handicaps 0-14)

1^st place-Donna Ybarra with 40
2^nd place Cindy Aafedt with 42

2^nd Flight (handicaps 15-28)

There was a tie.  Frances and Joanne scored 45.  The tie was broken on the back nine.

There were three chip ins today worth $9.00 each.  Cathy Houston and Bonnie Ladd had chip ins on hole 14.  Cindy Renshaw had a chip in on #7.
