Play Day Results-July 9, 2026

Hello Ladies,
We had 17 members playing First and Last today where each player records her First Four Holes (Holes 1-4) and her Last Five Holes (Holes 14 – 18), and then deducts half her handicap.  It was a little warm, but there was a nice breeze.  It was discussed that “playing the ball as it lies” did not work this week when there were instances of mud on the ball and too many holes in the fairway where the ball might land.  This needs to be considered each play day.
We were pleased to have former member Rochelle Baxley join us today as Annette Krey’s guest.  Rochelle participated in the Closest to the Pin and Chip-In contests.
There were three flights with the winner receiving $15 on her account and two flights with a second place winner receiving $7.25 on her account.  Note that I previously announced $5.50 as second place, but found an error and the second place winner actually won $7.25 on her account.  Congratulations to all the ladies that played today and to the winners!
